This isn't going to be the best figure in your collection, but it is a needed update of the Cloud City guard. This one's certainly better than Sergeant Edian because Utris M'Toc is a bluish alien who was actually slated to appear in Empire Strikes Back, but his scene was cut at the last minute. As such, he's got some cool historical value.
This figure's uniform is a beautiful, royal blue. He has a lot of articulation, but unfortunately the shoulder joints are a bit too conspicuous, even with the dark blue of the uniform, which is a shame. Other figures released around the same time, including the infamous Star Wars 2009 Legacy Collection BuildADroid Action Figure Willrow Hood, don't suffer from this problem. He'll go great with the new Cloud Car vehicle.
