(More customer reviews)For years, imperial officers were scarce among Hasbro's line-up of "Star Wars" figures. One released in 1998 became particularly popular with fans and collectors. This year, we've already seen two of them -- and Jerjerrod may not be the one You want to buy.
This is not a bad figure, although his face does not quite match the actor from "Return of the Jedi", who portrayed the character. Otherwise, the sculpting is OK, but the figure does not offer anything special to make it truly worth buying.
A figure with a similar body, but a different head, is General Veers -- also from this year's "The Saga Collection". He comes with a helmet to put on and a removable chest armor, though. If You want an Imperial, than buy Veers.

A capable but arrogant officer, Moff Jerjerrod commanded the second Death Star during its construction. His first priority was to complete the powerful superlaser, which was used to destroy several key Republic cruisers and nearly turned the tide of the battle. He perished when Rebel ships managed to detonate the space station's reactor core. Measures 3.75". Includes exclusive hologram 1.5" figure.
