(More customer reviews)Once the late `90s 12" Star Wars figure line started to explode in popularity, Kenner decided to issue several figure 2-packs and distribute them exclusively (for a time, at least) through specific retailers. These sets drove collectors crazy, as they often featured characters that fans had long requested.
This set featured Han Solo in Bespin outfit plus a Han Solo in Carbonite "figure." This set is perfect for recreating one of the key scenes in the Empire Strikes Back.
Pros - It's more an accessory than a figure, but the Han in Carbonite is way good looking. It's not as bulky as it should be (it's hollow and has no back), but it makes a great display piece, especially if you have a Boba Fett available.
Cons - The actual Han Solo figure isn't anything special. The Bespin outfit isn't really complete (no jacket) and the head sculpt is pretty ugly.
This isn't an essential set by any means, but I just couldn't resist adding a frozen Han Solo to my 12" Star Wars figure collection.
