I really don't get the reasoning behind not including any of the figures from the movie on Jabba's Sail Barge. It's like Hasbro think we would rather collect vehicles as if we came across them in a parking garage or somewhere rather than from the scenes in the movie which is the opposite they did with the Indiana Jones Titanium Series where for example the cargo truck has Indy being dragged behind it, Last Crusade blimp escape biplane as with the German motorcycle has Indy and Henry inside.
Anyway this empty barge does sit nicely on the included stand - note not all vehicles come with stands even if it says on the packet they do (see (Sandcrawler) for example. In fact unless your flying it and recreating the scenes from Return of the Jedi you probably will always keep it on the stand. The sails on top are pretty flimsy and if you do play with it won't last long. Also a baby would probably suck them off pretty easy if you're concerned about chocking. It does have the big gun on deck but yeah no character figures.
By the way if you are unfamiliar with this range's type of packaging it is very different to your usual diecast vehicle blister pack. It is a lot stronger and if posted to you would ensure the vehicle reaches you in better condition than the traditional style would. You can open the packet by slitting down the side, top and bottom and open the packaging mummy casket style if you think you may want to be able to sell this later with the packaging intact (although obviously opened but sealed with sticky tape.)
