Arms can be poseable, but not legs. So she won't fit inside any vehicles, she can't sit or even abandon her stand up position. It includes a slide for slide projector and 2 guns.
This version of Leia works fine as decoration, just like having a small and nicely detailed sculpture, not a moveable toy. This is why it has 4 and not 5 stars.
