(More customer reviews)Make sure before you buy this set that you don't miss the "fine print". THIS IS A BATTERY OPERATED RACING SET, not an "electric" set as the heading states. Missed that myself when looking at everything and trying to compare products. Now I see that in the tiny second picture they have up for this item, it does say battery-powered and in the brief description it tells you it requires 4 "D" batteries. I did not see those things prior to ordering but why can't they title the DAMN thing correctly???!!! Give parents a break and at least be accurate in your title/description so when they are up late at night trying to order a birthday gift and compare it to all the stuff that's out there, at least they have the right info to go on. Technically, this is an "electric" slot car set because the batteries do generate electricity but who wants to have to decipher misleading titles?

(More customer reviews)I bought this for my 5-year-old and he loves it! Set up and take down is a snap, so we have it out almost everyday.
I've read reviews people have given about Slip N' Slides and some complained that you need 3 or 5 hoses, you don't. Don't worry, this only needs 1 hose.
My 2-year-old nephew likes this also. Even though he doesn't know how to slide (and it is not made for kids his age), he likes to run through the fountains that shoot out and keep the slide slippery.
It is a great toy and I enjoy watching them play with it as much as they enjoy playing on it.

(More customer reviews)I gave my boyfriend an Air Hogs helicopter as a gift. This was purchased as a little something extra to go with the helicopter. The landing pad is fun. It gives you something "realistic" to aim for instead of just crash landing into the floor. I had hoped that the Rescue elite forces figures would be fun to "rescue" but we don't see how the hook attachments actually attach to the helicopter so those pieces aren't being used. He hasn't played with the software yet and probably won't. The landing pad makes playing with the helicopter just a little more special.

Jakks Pacific Inc. Creepy Crawler Bonus Oven Review

(More customer reviews)My son got this toy for Christmas and absolutely loved it. After he used all the goop I went to buy some refills. After days of endless searching and calling the company directly, the refills are near impossible to find. Yes you can go to e-bay and pay 3 to 4 times more than the msrp but is it worth it to make a few creepy crawlers?
I am so disappointed with the company that makes these that they cannot sell the refills directly to the customer. Almost all manufacturers allow you to buy replacement parts and refills from them directly but not JAKKS. When I called the company they stated they have been receiving numerous calls and could only give me the companies that they distribute to. I went to 8 different stores looking for them and even Toys R Us said that they are not carrying the product anymore.
Try explaining to a 5 year old that you cannot find the refills for his favorite toy. It's as if the toy can only be used once and then you have to throw it away.
I would have rated this product a 5 star IF the refills were available to purchase and I should have rated it a 1 star for the heartbreak it has caused.

(More customer reviews)This toy is surprisingly cool. Purchased for our 4 yr. old nephew and he loves it. The great thing is you get 3 toys out of one. You can build a 4 wheeler, a motorcycle or helicopter out of this. The fact that you can rebulid and make something different is great. It's a good size when complete too. Love the versatility of this toy. This is a hard one to find, perhaps, it's being discontinued, too bad. Mega Bloks should make more of this line.
